Platinum is for parents who want hands-on, daily support through the hardest two weeks of sleep work.
This is our highest-touch package. You get a custom plan, then two weeks of near-daily access to a certified consultant while you implement it. Most families see major shifts within 7 to 10 days. The second week is for consolidating those gains and handling the small setbacks that always show up.
What families tell us
"Took about 10 days before I really noticed, but the constant night wakings just stopped. My husband kept looking at me at breakfast like he could not believe it. Two months later, still sleeping."
"Our 3-year-old had been fighting bedtime for almost a year. Our consultant helped us see the piece we had been missing about her schedule. Bedtime is calm now. I wish we had done this sooner."
"The nap transition was where I felt completely stuck. Having someone I could text at 11am when things fell apart made the whole difference. Worth every dollar."
"Twins with completely different sleep personalities. Our consultant built plans that worked for each of them without making our lives twice as hard."
"Our pediatrician recommended sleep coaching after six months of night wakings. The plan was gentle, no leaving her to cry, and she was sleeping 11 hours straight by day 12."
"I went back to work after maternity leave and my baby's sleep fell apart. Two weeks in the Platinum package and we had a new rhythm that worked for both of us."

How the two weeks unfold
Your consultant walks alongside you from the first intake form through the final wrap-up call. The support is structured in three phases, each with a specific purpose.
Assessment and custom plan
Everything starts with your intake form and a 45-minute discovery call. Your consultant reviews your child's current sleep patterns, temperament, medical history, and what has already been tried. Within 48 hours of that call, you receive a written plan built for your family.
Active support and daily adjustments
The moment your plan is delivered, active support begins. You can text your consultant any time between 9am and 10pm CST. Most families use this window for real-time adjustments: a nap that fell apart at 2pm, a middle-of-the-night wake-up they need help interpreting, a bedtime that started to slip. Your consultant responds the same day, often within minutes.
Consolidation and long-term routines
The second week focuses on locking in what is working. Your final wrap-up call covers what to expect during common regressions, sickness, travel, and the next age transition. You leave with a written summary you can return to for months.
The support behind your plan
Every consultant on our team is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with training in infant and child sleep science, temperament-based coaching, and safe sleep guidelines.
Certified consultants only
Every plan is written by a certified pediatric sleep consultant with formal training in infant and child sleep. No apps, no scripts, not generic advice.
Safe sleep aligned
All newborn plans include a safe-sleep audit and materials that follow American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines. We coordinate around your pediatrician's guidance, not against it.
Age-appropriate methods
Plans are built around your child's age, temperament, and your family's comfort level. Extinction, chair method, gentle fade, response-based approaches: we work with what fits your family, not one method for everyone.
What happens after you submit the form
- 1 We review your intake and match you with one of our consultants (typically within 24 hours).
- 2 You receive a welcome email with next steps, including scheduling your 45-minute kickoff call and the intake forms to complete before that call.
- 3 Your written plan is delivered within 48 hours of the kickoff call.
- 4 Active support begins immediately after the plan is delivered. Text your consultant any time between 9am and 10pm CST.
Who should not book this package
If you are early in pregnancy or your baby is under 4 weeks old, you do not need this yet. Book the Ask Me Anything Call or work through the Sleep By Design course foundations first.
If your child is showing medical sleep signals such as snoring, choking, daytime exhaustion despite adequate sleep, or breath holding, please see your pediatrician before booking sleep consulting.

Which package fits your family?
Choosing between packages usually comes down to two things: how much real-time support you want during the hardest days, and how late in the evening you want your consultant reachable.
Newborn or infant with frequent night wakings
Newborn sleep changes every few weeks. The Platinum package covers you into the late evening, which is when most newborn questions come up.
Recommended: PlatinumToddler regression, nap transition, or bedtime resistance
Most toddler sleep work happens between the 6pm routine and 8pm lights-out. Gold covers this window and is a lighter-touch option.
Recommended: Gold, or Platinum if bedtime often runs past 8pm.Working parents who need late-evening replies
If you handle bedtime after work and can only message your consultant after your kids are down, you need the late-evening window.
Recommended: PlatinumConfident parents who want a plan and less hand-holding
You have done sleep work before and just need a written plan and email backup for questions that come up.
Recommended: SilverPrevious client returning for a tune-up
Book the Get me back on track call or the One week of support add-on. Both are only for families we have already worked with.
Not sure yet, or your child is under 4 weeks old
Book the Ask Me Anything Call first. We can point you to the right next step.
Real families, real situations
The examples below show how different families use the Platinum package. Every plan is different, these are common patterns we see.
Newborn (7 weeks). Used the late-evening text window heavily for feeding and wake-window questions during the 4-month regression. Kept the daily rhythm predictable without needing to sleep train this young.
"I texted my consultant at 9:47pm the first Tuesday. She wrote back before 10. I stopped feeling like I was doing it alone."
20-month-old with bedtime resistance. Handled the routine after work, texted during her commute the next morning about what did not go well. Bedtime shifted from 90 minutes down to 30 minutes by day 10.
"I could not have made calls during work hours. Text support was the only way this was going to work for me."
15-month-old twins with different sleep temperaments needing different approaches. Consultant built two plans that used the same schedule, so nap and bedtime stayed coordinated for the household.
"We got both of them on the same schedule without forcing them into the same method. That was the piece we could not figure out alone."
4-year-old with night wakings and bed-hopping. Used the 2 weeks to establish an evening routine and address the bed-hopping. Follow-up calls helped when a stomach bug set everything back on day 12.
"When the illness hit and everything fell apart, having my consultant on call meant I did not lose the progress we had made."
Toddler (2.5 years) plus a newborn. Different needs for each child, plus coordinating naptime so she got a break during the day. Plans included a shared afternoon quiet time.
"The nap coordination was the game-changer. I got 90 minutes of overlap most days."
18-month-old with 4:30am early wakings. Consultant helped identify a lighting and schedule adjustment that fixed the early waking within a week.
"I thought this was a personality thing. Turns out it was a room-darkening thing plus an hour off on his nap start."
Questions we get a lot
Everything you need to know about the Platinum package.
Books and courses give you a general method. Apps give you a schedule. Neither one adjusts to your specific child in real time. In Platinum, a certified consultant reads what is actually happening each day, then tells you what to change tonight, tomorrow morning, or at the 2pm nap. That real-time adjustment is what most families were missing.
Most families see meaningful shifts within 7 to 10 days. First improvements often show up sooner, sometimes within 3 to 4 nights. The second week is for consolidating those wins so they stick.
For babies 4 weeks to about 4 months, Platinum works well if you want daily support learning your baby's cues, wake windows, and safe sleep. We do not sleep train at this age, we help you build a rhythm.
Yes. Sleep consulting is not medical care and does not replace your pediatrician. If you are working through reflux, weight gain concerns, or sleep apnea evaluation, we coordinate with your pediatrician's plan.
If you follow the plan and something is not working by day 5, tell your consultant. She will adjust it. We do not send you off with a plan and disappear. That is the whole point of the two-week support window.
We support your family's chosen sleep setup as long as it is safe. For families who bed-share, we build plans around your existing setup. For families who want to transition out of bed-sharing, we can help with that too.
Text your consultant. As long as it is before 10pm CST, she will respond. This is the reason Platinum exists.
Yes. Both parents can be added to the text thread and join the phone calls. We ask that you designate one parent as the primary point of contact so decisions do not get delayed.
You keep your written plan, all handouts, and the wrap-up summary. If you need a tune-up later, previous clients can book the Get me back on track call for $85 or a follow-up One week of support for $150.
Once your written plan has been delivered and support has started, the package is not refundable. If you have questions before booking, use the Ask Me Anything Call first.
