Sleep help that fits
your family.
We are a team of certified pediatric sleep consultants, a NICU nurse, and a perinatal mental health specialist. We build personalized sleep plans for children from newborn to age 6, then walk alongside you while you put them into practice.
Our approach
Evidence-based, family-centered sleep consulting
We do not follow a single sleep training method. Our consultants are trained in gentle fading, chair method, response-based approaches, and more. We match the method to your child's temperament, your comfort level, and your pediatrician's guidance. No scripts, no apps, no generic schedules.
We have worked with over 200 families across the US.

asked questions
We work with families from newborn through age 6. For babies under 4 weeks, we focus on building healthy sleep foundations and safe sleep habits rather than formal sleep training. Our consultants tailor every plan to your child's age and developmental stage.
We do not follow a single method. Our consultants are trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, from gentle fading and chair methods to response-based techniques. We match the method to your child's temperament, your family's comfort level, and your pediatrician's guidance. No one-size-fits-all plans.
Most families notice meaningful improvements within 7 to 10 days. Some see changes in the first 3 to 4 nights. The second week of our consulting packages focuses on consolidating those gains so they stick through regressions, illness, and travel.
Our team includes Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultants, a NICU nurse (BSN, RN, NRP), a Holistic Sleep Coach, and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C). Every plan is written or reviewed by a consultant with formal training in infant and child sleep science.
If something is not working by day 5, your consultant will adjust the plan. We do not send you off with a plan and disappear. That said, once your written plan has been delivered and active support has started, the package is not refundable. If you are unsure which package is right, start with an Ask Me Anything Call.
Yes. We support your family's chosen sleep setup as long as it is safe. For families who bed-share, we build plans around your existing arrangement. For families who want to transition out of bed-sharing, we can help with that transition at your pace.
