Dolly Gothard

Dolly Gothard is a Holistic Sleep Coach and mother of three who completed the Holistic Sleep Coaching Program under Lyndsey Hookway — a globally respected training that views sleep as part of the whole child and whole family system.

Her specialization focuses on gentle, responsive, and holistic approaches to infant and toddler sleep rather than cry-it-out or rigid methods. She works with families managing sensitive temperaments, reflux, allergies, developmental changes, breastfeeding dynamics, and co-sleeping arrangements.

Dolly's journey into sleep coaching emerged from personal experience raising three children with distinctly different temperaments and sleep patterns — none of which matched conventional sleep training timelines. That experience taught her that flexibility and connection matter more than rigid schedules.

Her approach emphasizes connection-centered support that reduces parental anxiety and strengthens family bonds while addressing sleep challenges compassionately and without pressure.

Dolly lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband Alex and their three children: Maya (6), Theo (4), and Nora (18 months).
